Call us when your appliance starts acting up. If we can help you solve a simple problem over the phone, we’re happy to do so. If a repair would cost more than the appliance is worth, we’ll tell you that too.
Repairs: Straightforward Flat Pricing
We have tossed out the standard billing playbook. Rather than finding a way to nickel and dime you with service call fees, diagnostic fees, repair fees, and part markups, we charge a flat fee for repairs. This lets us focus on fixing appliances, not billing.
Standard Service Area — $150
Northwest OKC, Edmond, Yukon, Bethany, The Village, and Piedmont.
Extended Service Area — $180
Southwest OKC, Midwest City, Del City, Okarche, Crescent, Arcadia, and Guthrie.
What’s Included
In either service area, a repair includes:
- Diagnosing your appliance
- Selecting the required replacement parts
- Selling replacement parts to you without a markup
- Return trips needed to install the parts and complete the repair
Us vs. The Other Guys
You’ve seen the ads: a “$99.99 service call!” Here’s what that usually turns into, compared to our flat pricing:

Not Worth Fixing? You Pay Less
If the diagnosis turns up a dead compressor, a cracked tub, or another problem that makes your machine a total loss. We’re not going to add insult to injury by charging you full price. You only pay the diagnosis fee: $80 in the standard service area or $100 in the extended service area.
